Water motivated?

Is there such a thing as a dog that is water motivated? I swear I could get Kili to do anything for a water bowl. The last 3 days she has been almost completely off her food. But water... that never changes.

She is so ridiculous about water that with all the rain recently I haven't actually been able to walk her. If I try this is what happens....

As you can see she absolutely will not pass up ANY opportunity for ANY amount of water. You'll also notice her very first coat! I was amazed how well she tolerated it. The girl put it on her and she didn't try to chew at it, scratch... nothing. Well, she had to be good at something I guess!
